1.2 x 1.8 fire blanket to be used for wrapping round a person on fire.

Note:
  • Use of foam on "F" cooking oil/fat fires may cause fire to flare & spit on initial application.

  • Foam has the additional advantage of vapour sealing fuel to prevent ignition in the event of a fire.

  • Carbon Dioxide while not rated against gas fires is not dangerous and may be effective on SMALL gas fires; always ensure gas valve/supply is shut off after extinguishing.

  • Extinguishers manufactured prior to 1982 may show class "C" as live electrical fires. This has since changed to class "E"

  • All areas require ventilation after fire or discharge of extinguisher.

  • All extinguishers require recharging after use.(Regardless of how little is used)
